I love my doctor, have been going to Dr. Giannone for many years. But the receptionist at the front desk gave me a hard time when checking out due to a new program which I tried to tell her I wasn't going to be on that program. Wanted me to pay 150.00 or I couldn't see my dr anymore. I had to wait and flag down Dr. Giannone or she wasn't going to make me another appointment. Then when I was leaving my friend saw her saying something to the other girl about our experience and she said it didn't sound good. Perhaps she should ask patients if they are pre or post op before she tells people they can't see their dr anymore if they don't pay for a new program they aren't a candidate for.
